This legendary 15-acre estate—once home to Clark Gable's horses—represents our most extensive conservation project, where we elevated one of California's great gardens into a completely organic, regenerative landscape. Beginning with the soil itself—introducing tons of worm castings to build biological health from the ground up—we trained existing staff in regenerative practices, transforming the rose garden into a laboratory for organic methods, the vegetable garden into a demonstration of permaculture principles, and the vineyard into a model for regenerative agriculture.
